Wood shredder successful cases

A Company Name Dongshun Wood Co., Ltd. bought two wood shredder from Harden last month.

The company is a wood processing enterprises joint ventures with Chinese and foreign investment located in China, which has six production plants, covering over 50,000 square meters.

Kraft shredder is special design for tougful kraft, the kraft shredder can crush kraft into size 10*10mm after put the seive under the crusher house. If the kraft is pack into bale, we also offer two shaft shredder for primary shredder. The primary shredder can shear the kraft shredder into strip size 15*50mm, then the kraft shrdder can use for secondary shredder to crush the strip into 10*10mm.

Recently, in the effort of our enginee, we has develop a new model on the base of two shaft shredder, the shredder drive by two motor, so the shredder is more powfuler than before, it can apply for more wide range of material, such as steel wire, hard wood, plastic film e-waste…, there are shaft coupling with shear pin between the gear box and shaft to protect the gear box, the shear pin will break when the blade suffer the super hard material. The shredder also has auto-reverse function.
